Since 2005 Tony’s has been using the chocolate bar wrapper to tell the story of our mission. We now have unique ability to allow business customers to leverage the design wrapper creator to share their story while contributing to Tony’s mission with every bite!

The B2B E-commerce Manager is responsible for scaling our personalized business with a focus on business-to-business customers. The personalized business allows partners to customize Tony’s chocolate bar wrappers with their logos for corporate gifting opportunities, internal celebrations, and events.

If you have strong selling and negotiating skills, as well as creativity in finding new partnerships, this is the role for you! Being able to offer our unique services and products to existing and new customers will help Tony’s grow its business in a strong and sustainable way. Because more growth means more impact! You will be a key member of the US sales team and report to the Director of eCommerce.

Here is what you will do:

  • Drive the success of the Personalized strategy by proactively identifying new growth opportunities (B2B, gift platforms, resellers, and such).
  • Be in the lead in creatively finding partners that are excited to brand and use our bars as a part of their merchandise portfolio and corporate gifting. You will be the one responsible for outbound selling initiatives including sending corporate sample boxes, prospecting, cold calling, and email outreach for potential customers.
  • Be the touch point from start to finish, including negotiations, approvals, pricing, logistics, productions and selling. This includes managing our co-packer and distributors’ inventory needs.
  • Design target oriented B2B campaigns that increase the success and awareness of the Personalized business. You implement the learnings and repeat successful campaigns, (trade) events or samplings with our B2B target group.
  • Collaborate with the eCommerce Director in P&L management. You get to leverage data to create reports on B2B Personalized sales, including recommendations and insights.

What you already bring to the table:

  • Experience in managing and driving growth with a portfolio of B2B corporate clients.
  • Experience in developing and executing personalized marketing strategies, including lead generation and nurturing, with a data-led approach.
  • Proven track record of acquiring new clients through outward bound selling strategies.
  • You naturally forge and sustain substantial, meaningful relationships with external stakeholders and fellow team members.
  • You have exquisite analytical skills, and you are experienced in creating and analyzing sales reports.
  • Basic comprehension or exposure to P&L and pricing, enabling the optimization of customer strategies.
  • You live either in New York City or in a drivable proximity. We are all about being more in person than apart; this means we offer flexibility but see each other in our office in New York City on average 3 days a week. More is fine, too!

The salary range for the position is $90k - $110k.
