We are looking for a CRM Marketeer to join our team based in Amsterdam! Your #1 goal will be to increase the life time value of our customers and to get 20-30% of our web shop revenue to come from retained customers.
As our CRM Marketeer, you will be responsible for setting up the efficiency and effectiveness of our CRM. We're looking for someone who has a deep understanding within B2B marketing automation software, CRM systems and data analysis. In this role you will lead in creating and managing marketing automation workflows, lead funnels/pipelines, segmenting/personalizing, marketing messaging and tracking/analysing results.
You'll be an integral part of our Digital & eCommerce team and report to the Digital Marketeer helping us push the boundaries of what's possible in the chocolate industry. In addition, you will collaborate closely with marketing managers and direct sales leads within Tony's. What you will do:
Strong understanding of CRM strategies, customer segmentation, and (e-mail) marketing automation.
