Your role at Tony's

We are looking for a CRM Marketeer to join our team based in Amsterdam! Your #1 goal will be to increase the life time value of our customers and to get 20-30% of our web shop revenue to come from retained customers.

As our CRM Marketeer, you will be responsible for setting up the efficiency and effectiveness of our CRM. We're looking for someone who has a deep understanding within B2B marketing automation software, CRM systems and data analysis. In this role you will lead in creating and managing marketing automation workflows, lead funnels/pipelines, segmenting/personalizing, marketing messaging and tracking/analysing results.

You'll be an integral part of our Digital & eCommerce team and report to the Digital Marketeer helping us push the boundaries of what's possible in the chocolate industry. In addition, you will collaborate closely with marketing managers and direct sales leads within Tony's. What you will do:

  • Delivering our CRM yearly plans, ensuring our activities align with the markets as well as our B2B and Marketing strategies, working together with the Ecommerce lead(s), platform lead and B2B lead.
  • Design and implement automated marketing workflows to nurture leads, drive customer engagement, and increase retention.
  • Monitor key CRM stats like CLV, CRR, CSAT, NPS and CES and own reporting and insight sharing to the team.
  • Delivering guidance on awareness driving content and the landing page, execution on the journey, setting up the necessary forms and triggers and crafting the e-mail content in accordance with the wishes of the direct sales leads.
  • Setting up and optimizing feedback mechanisms for customers to feed back on their experiences, collecting and disseminating learnings among business stakeholders.
  • Analyizing the database for high value opportunities with existing customers and delivering actionable segmented lists for local market teams to (e-mail) market to with personalized, relevant offers.

The ideal candidate:

  • Strong understanding of CRM strategies, customer segmentation, and (e-mail) marketing automation.

  • Experience with B2B marketing & lifecycle campaigns.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Klaviyo, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, Marketing Cloud) and marketing automation tools.
  • You are able to read and write SQL.
  • Knowledge of html and Email marketing best practices.
  • You are a strong communicator and have prior experience in stakeholder management and within project management.
