We are looking for a new Key Account Manager to join our DACH team, based either in Germany or Austria! As our new Key Account Manager, your #1 goal will be to drive the growth of our retail business with both new and existing key customers across the DACH region. You will have the exciting opportunity to develop customer strategies in a market that is growing rapidly and push the boundaries of what is possible in the chocolate industry.

We're seeking a results-driven professional with a proven track record in growing business with key retail accounts. Your expertise will help us elevate our revenue targets by forging solid and meaningful relationships, all while prioritizing customer satisfaction and driving the growth of our key accounts. You will have the opportunity to work with one of the most disruptive and innovative brands in the chocolate industry.

You will work closely with fellow DACH sales team members and marketing, finance, and logistics specialists across team Tony's. You'll be an integral part of our DACH sales team and report to the Head of Key Account Management. This is a fantastic opportunity for a sales professional who wants to be part of something truly revolutionary!

What you will do:

  • Plan, develop and implement creative customer strategies that drive sales for our retail key accounts in the DACH region, with the focus in Germany.
  • Manage promotional activities and yearly negotiations.
  • Optimize the business of your customer group and analyze market data. You will turn your insights into actionable plans.
  • Identify growth opportunities and acquire new customers who can contribute to Tony’s mission. 

why we’re a perfect match:

  • Experience working with retail key accounts in the DACH market (bonus points for the FMCG industry).

  • You're fluent in German and English. Your communication between customers will be in German, but you will also be confident in communicating with fellow Tony's across various markets in English.

  • Experience working in a multinational environment and can handle the changes that come with a growing company. You are a master at making the most of each situation and you are eager to take initiative and think of proactive solutions.

  • Experience in building relationships and using compelling storytelling in sales conversations.

  • You're living either in Germany or Austria, and you're keen to work either in a hybrid set-up or remotely, while regularly visiting the team in person. You're welcome to work from either one of our offices in Hamburg or in Salzburg.
