Now we're looking for a National Account Manager of Drug channel to join our US sales team. The goal of your role is growing revenue through distribution, brand love and most importantly, mission awareness with critical national foodservice partners across the country.

We are looking for someone with a proven track record in the Drug Channel. You get be the one strategizing how to grow the channel with the freedom to pivot, experiment and grow big! This is an energizing opportunity for a sales professional who is excited about making serious impact in the cocoa industry.

You are part of Team US and report to the Senior Director of Alternative Channels.

What you will do:

  • You are accountable for Growing revenue for The Drug Channel with the 3 big Drug Channel Retailers.
  • You are responsible for distributor growth and management, broker management, trade shows, trade spend, sales training, customer presentations and sampling of our chocolate in the Drug Channel segment.
  • You oversee the Drug channel's overall strategy: route to market, portfolio strategy and main initiatives to set and achieve ambitious goals.
  • The Drug Channel will cover the 3 big Drug Channel Retailers and various other accounts covered by the same broker house. 

What you already bring to the table:

  • Experienced in the Drug Channel and/or Drug Retailer, Broker or Distributor experience preferred.

  • Excellent business analytical skills. You know how to use data to drive product and pricing strategies, and their impact to production forecasts.

    Advanced understanding of developing optimal promotional activations in the Drug Channel.

  • Ability to plan and set objectives for brokers that align with broader organizational goals.

  • Has a track record of exceeding goals and driving results. You are action oriented, and actively identify and seize new opportunities.

  • Builds networks and nurtures relationships across a variety of functions and locations.

  • Strong in collaboration and working with stakeholders across the organization to achieve shared objectives.

  • Advanced understanding of developing optimal promotional activations in the Drug Channel.

The salary range for the position is $90k - $110k.
