Now we're looking for a National Account Manager of Grocery channel to join our US sales team. In this role you will be responsible for growing revenue through existing and new distribution, with a focus on the East Region. If you have experience working in the Grocery channel, with brokers and distributors, you understand data, and have strong selling skills, this is the role for you! You will help Tony’s realize our mission and grow in a strong and sustainable way. Because more growth means more impact!

You will be a key member of the US sales team and report to the Director of Grocery.

What you will do:

  • Guide our Grocery channel strategy to consistently achieve maximum sales, profitability, and revenue growth.
  • Develop strong relationships with all customer contacts at your key accounts and provide customer centric solutions.
  • Leading the day-to-day customer interface, contract management, deduction resolution, order management, promotional calendar, and identify key customer sales opportunities.
  • Responsible for end-to-end execution of plans with key accounts that you will define, execute, and evaluate.
  • Partner with brokers and distributors to support growing the business.
  • Evaluate trade marketing spending and develop effective and efficient trade marketing plans while managing the Grocery P&L in conjunction with the Director of Grocery.
  • Participate in distributor and retailer events, kick-off meetings, and trade shows to build awareness, excitement, and demand.
  • Utilize customer and consumer data to effectively build customer presentations and drive demand.
  • Promote cross functional partnerships through collaboration and cooperation to achieve shared goals.

What you already bring to the table:

  • You have at least 4-6 years of experience in CPG sales, marketing, or ecommerce in the grocery channel.

  • Exquisite business analytics skills and ability to leverage data in decision-making. You know how to analyze data and turn it into concrete action plans.

  • Developing and executing a channel specific plan is a piece of (chocolate) cake for you.

  • You are action oriented and eager to take on new opportunities with high energy, enthusiasm, and urgency.

  • Strong in collaboration and working with stakeholders across the organization to achieve shared objectives.

  • You have gained experience working with different types of Grocery customers and you naturally build and maintain strong relationships internally and externally.

  • You can travel frequently to New York City, customer meetings, and trade shows.

The salary range for the position is $90k - $110k.
