Your role at Tony's

We are looking for a new Trade and Events Marketer to join our Marketing team based in Richmond. As our new marketer, your #1 goal will be to support Tony's growth within the UK and Ireland chocolate market by ensuring strong visibility at the point of purchase in-store and online. You will build the plans to make sure our new products are launched in an impactful way with retailers while continuously supporting our core product portfolio. You represent Tony's at the right trade and consumer events and ensure we run experiential activity that educates customers about our product, brand and mission. You will report directly to the UK & Ireland Head of Marketing. This is a fantastic opportunity for a marketing professional who wants to be part of something truly revolutionary!

What you will do:

  • You get to create impactful in-store campaigns to support promotions and marketing moments for retailers and create plans that maximize reaching new customers to the brand in-store and online.
  • You develop and coordinate the implementation of launch campaigns for new products and ongoing support for existing products, including in-store and online activations and POS materials.
  • You identify the right trade and consumer events for Tony's to have presence at and ensure our effective visibility options, such as booths and sampling stands, for each opportunity.
  • You ensure our team has all the visibility items that are needed for each channel, and purchase and storage of these assets.

the ideal candidate

  • You have 2-4 years of experience in a similar role, with demonstratable skills in trade and/or event marketing, ideally in retail, grocery or out-of-home channels.

  • You are keen to work in a hybrid set-up and work from the office on a weekly basis.

  • Raise the bar. Challenge yourself and team Tony’s to increase our ambition and to accomplish our mission. Make mistakes along the way and learn from them.
